How to Find Your Serial Number
- Ensure your washing machine is off and not running a cycle.
- Turn your filter off.
- Ensure your filter has all components inserted.
- Gently lift your filter and turn so that the bottom is visible. There is a label on the bottom, matching the sample image. Your serial number will be in the box outlined above in red.
Your serial number format is: CfWMXXX-XXXXXX-XXXX
