1. Eligibility: 

Daily discounts available to all customers "12 Days of CLEANR" Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of CLEANR (the “Sponsor”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. 

2. Agreement to Rules: 

By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes. 

3. Sweepstakes Period: 

Entries will be accepted starting on December 9, 2025, at 10:00:00 AM ET and ending on December 21, 2025, at 09:59:59 AM ET (the “Promotion Period”). 

4. How to Enter: 

There are two (2) ways to enter: 

• Method A: Automatic Entry via Purchase. Eligible individuals who purchase any item on www.cleanr.life during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. 

• Method B: Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE). To enter without making a purchase, enter your email in the elf popup window on the website between Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST and Sunday, December 21, 2025, at 9:59 AM EST.  

Limit: Limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person (e.g., multiple purchases or multiple mail-ins) will be disqualified. 

5. Prizes: 

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a check or Visa gift card in the amount of $500 at the option of the Sponsor. 

All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The prize is nontransferable. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

6. Odds: 

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received (both via purchase and email submission) during the Promotion Period. 

7. Winner Selection and Notification: 

Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor on or about December 22, 2025. The Winner will be notified via email to the email address used at purchase or listed on the mail-in entry within five (5) days following the selection of the Winner. 

If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within one (1) week from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. 

8. Terms & General Conditions:

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. 

9. Limitation of Liability: 

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment. 

10. Disputes: 

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND OHIO, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. 

11. Privacy Policy: 

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the CLEANR website.
