Limited Warranty Statement
CLEANR Inc. warrants its microplastic filter product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser in the United States and Canada. This Limited Warranty is only valid if the Product is registered within thirty (30) days of purchase at www.cleanr.life/register. CLEANR will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective Product, provided that:
 - The defect is reported within the warranty period;
 - The Product has not been subjected to misuse, abuse, modification, or improper installation;
 - The Product has been installed and used in accordance with the user guide and safety instructions;
 - All parts are intact and free from physical damage, aside from standard wear and tear. This warranty excludes damages resulting from external causes including accidents, unauthorized service, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions. Liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the Product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLEANR disclaims any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
